- Delay before opening your app: Give yourself some time to consider if you really need to open your distracting app. You can even set the wait time to increase each time you open the app.
- Interrupt your scrolling: Take short breaks from your distracting apps to prevent getting too engrossed.
- Set an app goal and optionally block it once you reach your limit.
- Customizable for different days and times for each app.
- Display prompts like "Is this important?" before opening your app.
- Track screen time specifically for your distracting apps, excluding other apps like Google Maps.
- Strictly block access to your apps based on time ranges, number of opens, or ScreenTime. Strictly blocked apps can also be hidden from the home screen.
- Locks on Settings to prevent changes when attempting to open an app.
- Incorporate breathing exercises and other activities to discourage the need for app usage while waiting for it to unlock.
- Earn streaks as motivation to stay within your limits and not override your settings.
